Accessibility statement
Internet Dunaújváros Kft. (DunaNet) is committed to making its website and services usable without barriers by customers with disabilities, including blind and partially sighted people. This statement is based on Hungarian Act XVII of 2022 on the general rules of compliance with the accessibility requirements for products and services (Aktv.) and its implementing Government Decree 605/2022 (XII. 28.). The Act transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and applies from 28 June 2025, among others to electronic communications services.
This English text is a courtesy translation. The Hungarian version is authoritative.
Compliance of the website
The website aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549. The website is partially compliant with these requirements; the known exceptions are listed below.
Accessibility features
- Semantic structure with headings; a “Skip to content” link; a clearly visible keyboard focus.
- The whole site can be used without a mouse, with the keyboard, and with screen readers (e.g. NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
- Adjustable text size (A, A+, A++) and a high-contrast display at the top of the page. The browser remembers your choice.
- The site has no animations, moving or flashing elements.
- The browser's own zoom (up to 400%) is supported.
- Every content image has a text description; decorative elements are skipped by screen readers.
- The contrast between text and background is at least 4.5:1.
- The map is only loaded on request; the address and opening hours are also available as text.
Content that is not fully accessible
- Downloadable PDF documents: not all older documents (e.g. the general terms and conditions, forms) contain structure tags, so they are harder to follow with a screen reader. We are replacing them with accessible versions step by step after review. The documents are available in Hungarian only.
- Embedded Google map: third-party content whose accessibility we cannot influence. The address is also given as text on the page.
- Old, archived pages (e.g. the “Netikett” description): archived content that is no longer updated.
Alternative access and personal help
- On request we send any document as plain text (.txt), in the body of an e-mail or printed in large type.
- Our telephone customer service reads out the contract terms and helps you with orders and fault reports by phone.
- Our customer service office: 2454 Iváncsa, Arany János u. 14., Hungary (opening hours: Monday 11:00–20:00, Wednesday and Friday 11:00–16:00).
